Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR Barcode Studio at https://qrbarcodestudio.com/ (the "Service"), operated by Brisk 24 Energy USA ,LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create QR codes, barcodes and other machine-readable codes in your web browser. Codes are static: their content is encoded in the image itself and does not depend on our servers to work.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for your login details and all activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep your password secure.

3. Free use and limits

Free use is subject to daily download limits shown in the Service. We may change free features and limits at any time. Free pages may show advertising.

4. Paid subscriptions

  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Currency conversion, if you pay in another currency, is shown by the processor before you pay.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you of price changes in advance.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from "Manage plan" in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
  • No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades and unused features, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • Immediate access and withdrawal right. Paid features are digital services supplied immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Failed payments and chargebacks. If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge results in immediate cancellation and may result in account suspension.

5. Your codes and content

You keep all rights to the content you encode and the logos you upload. Logos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Codes you have downloaded keep working after your subscription ends. You may use codes you create for personal and commercial purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create codes that: link to phishing, scams, malware or fraudulent payment pages; impersonate another person or business; infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights (including using another company's logo without permission); create counterfeit identity documents, tickets or product labels; or break any law. You must not attempt to bypass download limits, watermarks or paid features, scrape or overload the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

7. Barcode numbers

We generate barcode images from the numbers you provide. We do not issue, sell or verify GS1 numbers (such as UPC, EAN or ISBN). You are responsible for having the right to use any number you encode.

8. AI assistants

The chat assistants on the Service are AI systems. Their answers may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, legal or financial advice. They cannot change these Terms, grant refunds or make promises on our behalf.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for testing codes before printing or distributing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or reprinting costs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from codes you create, content you encode, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
